United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Securities

USDA Guaranteed Loans in the secondary market include loans from programs like the Business & Industry (B&I), Community Facilities (CF), and Farm Service Agency (FSA) loans. These loans are backed by the USDA and sold to investors, who benefit from the USDA guarantee that reduces risk.

Mortgage Backed Securities

Government-sponsored enterprises (GSEs) or government entities involved in issuing debt securities, primarily backed by mortgages. These agencies help provide liquidity to the housing market and make home loans more accessible.
