The Process

At Memphis Capital, we specialize in purchasing the government-guaranteed portions of SBA and USDA loans. This provides lenders with liquidity while offering investors secure, low-risk assets backed by the U.S. government.

1. Loan Identification

We partner with banks, credit unions, and loan originators to identify high-performing whole loans. This includes SBA and USDA loans, with a focus on government-backed portions that offer lower risk and attractive returns.

2. Loan Review & Packaging

We conduct a detailed review of the guaranteed portions and adhere to all SBA and USDA regulations. Our team prepares loan packages for seamless, quick transactions.

3. Investor Alignment

We connect the guaranteed portions of SBA and USDA loans with institutional investors, including banks, and insurance companies, who value the safety of government-backed assets.
