Casey Goodwin serves as President & CEO of Memphis Capital, where he leads the firm with a forward-thinking vision rooted in growth, innovation, and client-first service. A proud Memphis native and graduate of Christian Brothers University, Casey earned his degree in business administration with an economics focus before launching a career in finance built on strategic insight and trusted relationships. Since joining Memphis Capital in 2018, he has become a driving force within the organization, earning continuous recognition while playing an integral role across the firm’s management, compliance, and strategies teams. He holds FINRA Series 7, 63, and 24 licenses.
With deep expertise in SBA and USDA government-guaranteed lending programs, Casey has built a reputation for helping banks and credit unions maximize portfolio performance while delivering thoughtful, customized solutions. Since being named President & CEO in late 2024, he has guided Memphis Capital into a new era of momentum, expanding the firm’s internal capabilities, strengthening key departments, and helping achieve its strongest quarter in four years in Q1 2026. Known for his collaborative leadership style and commitment to excellence, Casey combines long-term strategic vision with measurable results, positioning the firm for continued success.
Outside the office, Casey is deeply connected to the Memphis community and values time spent with his family. A former college baseball player and lifelong sports enthusiast, he enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife, Dr. Aidan Shea, their son Henry, and their two dogs.
